How does this work exactly? Why does everyone seem to take this node, whats it going to do for me exactly? at a 90% increase in mana cost.

With that and ‘hand of morditas’ before it, you get 5 projectiles hitting same target, so 5x damage minus burst. Also 5x ailments and other on hit stuff. I like this version of frost claw very much.
Make sure you play with a wand , guaranteed -3 mana cost.
i have a t7 -5 mana cost scepter since i use the passive node for scepter ward retention
I am lv 90 in empower mons, I have found 1 item with one rank to Frost claw, i have double and triple checked my filter. Is this bad luck or is this common.?
Is there a timeline I can farm for better chances, or an item type that has a higher chance to spawn frostclaw ranks on?
Would say normal, im 87 and found a few but destroyed the items they were on cause they were mostly trash. Just enabled empowered monos so hopefully better items to come.
