After going the Frost Brand path i get the quest to talk to the Frost Brand Chieftain. When i walk towards the dot on the map, he doesnt appear to be there and i cant path further since the path is blocked. I am not sure if he doesnt appear in general or if its caused by the fact, that i did the other faction choice before. Either way, i cant progress the timeline.

Exact same thing happened to me
I restarted the mono by portal in town 4 times to reset the quest but the blood chieftain still doesn’t appear
