The Maim node on the frenzy totem tree does not work. You don’t get 2 triggers for swipe procs on sabertooth autoattack or fury swipes cast with the frenzy totem out. There is a 1 year old post that already reported and showed this but reposting as it’s likely a buried post at this point and the node has yet to be fixed.
Yes, in my recent tests, I got the same problem. The Maim node on the frenzy totem tree does not work. Hope it came be fixed soon so that the sabertooth build could work somehow.
