I don’t think it’s working unless the effect is incredibly subtle.
I cast Nova in a pile of enemies, I see the upfront damage, but nothing else. No cascade visible. I know there’s a cooldown so I am waiting long enough.
It’s working for me, but yes the effect is fairly subtle. At the beginning portion of the video I don’t have Freezing Cascade selected to show what it looks like without it.
Later I select that node and you’ll see a circular white vfx come off the dummy (15 seconds into the video) and the same effect 5 seconds later (20 seconds into the video).
