Framerate drops due to water on linux client

Hey!
The linux client is 100x more stable than the last time I tried it, thanks for that^^
But there is one thing i noticed particularly on maps where is some water here and there.
As soon as there is water on the screen my framerate drops from relativly stable 60 fps to ~25.
Does not matter if running on high or low settings.
Feels like the reflexions or the quality of the water are not correctly adjusted by the settings and are always pumping performance.

EDIT: When forcing the vulkan renderer the framerate is more stable on the same map type BUT instead it creates huge input lag. This is also the case when poison Clouds appear on the screen.

Also I noticed that the garbage collection might be too agressive since some effects generate a little bit of lag spike when on screen for the first time and after that they do not cause any trouble regarding the framerate. The same lag spike happens again when the effects are not on the screen for a few seconds. Feels like they are unloaded from memory and have to be completly loaded back in. This is the case for own and enemys ability. Tested in Monos at ~250-300 Corruption regarding mop density.

My setup is also on the low end with an AMD 580 Graphics, 16GB RAM with Ryzen 5 2600
Played nearly 300h on this setup now.
