ive had 10 perfect roll celestial helmets and they wont turn into fractured crown its gotta be bugged anyone crafted one recently
The method for making it is:
Using Rune of Ascendance on Celestial Helm that has Added Mana and Damage Dealt To Mana prefixes with 21+ total affix tiers
In other words AN EXALTED celestial helm with both of those stats. Four T5 affixes is not good enough, you need at least 3 T5 and 1 T6
I’ve tired those 10 times with perfect stats and I can’t get one
