I have been making fractured crowns recently, and of the only 3 I’ve gotten, all 3 have been perfectly rolled minimum rolls for every affix (except the implicit). ALL THREE.
Either I’m exceptionally unlucky, or there is a bug, I’m going with the latter, since I know one other person who has also gotten a fractured crown with all 3 affixes being minimum rolled too.
Do you have screenshots of the three of them? If so, would you mind posting them here?
Sorry I think I ended up vendoring them. If it adds anything, I believe I got all 3 of them on i think the same day (I was really going hard trying to make one)
I don’t think I have the bug anymore, if there ever was one, because a few days later I was trying again and I did manage to finally get a well rolled one.
So since I vendored the bad ones (stash really full) I guess we will never know if there is some potential bug, or otherwise I happened to be momentarily historically unlucky to roll a 3 items hat-trick with all 3 mods perfectly minimum-rolled.
Hey Hybrid! I accidentally found two of the fractured crowns on my mage character when I was jumping around characters and build testing (it looks like my buyback tab was not deleted from the last time I had played him) and two of the crowns that rolled exactly the same were in there so I bought them back so I could show you the screenshots.

I believe I had 3 of these all min rolled but i can’t find the 3rd one. On my 4th try (which was a different day, I gave up for a while because i suspected there might be a bug or low weighings due to there was some secret method for crafting with how I used guardians or whatever) I managed to attain a decent one for some build testing to see if I can make anything viable.
So was I just extroadinarily momentarily unlucky or maybe there was some kind of bug?

+1 this bug. I crafted 3, and 2/3 were perfect minimum rolls. I got one that rolled not minimum, so it’s not 100%, but 2/3 perfect minimum is very unlikely
there are still unic items in game that dont have independent rolls for affixes, not only crown

I’ve crafted 5 in the last couple of days and 3 of them all have perfect minimum affix rolls.
