Forgotten Knight faction progress reset

I play HC online. My first character has made it to rank 10 on forgotten knights faction.

I started playing an alt and defeated the first 90 harbinger, and then the first 100 mono harbinger. I thought my rank would be shared across characters like CoF and Woven factions… But my new character was only rank 2 in forgotten knights. i shrugged that off.

Then i switched back to my main character and he’s also reset back to rank 2! Even though its showing abberoth quest. This looks like a similar issue to a previously fixed/closed bug:

I did an experiment with my faction on softcore. I imported a low level (4th level) character from hardcore to softcore. My faction progress was transferred (6/10). Then I raised the faction progress to 10/10 on softcore. And again I started a fight with Aberoth. After three or four attempts, I teleported to the End of Time. At that moment, the faction progress dropped to 0/10 (and hardcore too). But now I know that in order to shift the faction progress from 0/10 to 1/10, you need to defeat a…

Please help fix my faction! I really dont want to have to go back and kill all the harbingers again!
