*Ran through the entire map twice, no boss
Same here. Been through 3 times. The hits are also not accumulating down the bottom.
Yep, just went through 2 times and had the same issue.
Same here, just went through and no Baroness. After tp to the End of Time i went back and fully cleared all the floors again, still no boss.
Still happening I guess. I just cleared it and I can’t find her on any of the floors.

I was able to get completion after portaling out and resetting the entire instance.
She appeared on the last floor the second time. Definitely not there the first clear.
I just ran the echo and the Baroness was there. Maybe the last patch fixed it
