Forged Weapons Bugged on Lagon

What doesn’t work:
When fighting Lagon, Forged Weapons will summon on the lower platform seemingly 90%+ of the time and are blocked by his tentacles on the stairs.

How to replicate:
Choose your favorite way of summoning Forged Weapons (Forge Strike, Rive with Bound Weapon, etc.). Watch as they are summoned and sit uselessly on the stairs.
