Forge Strike Forged by Fire node does not apply fire tag on Forged Weapons

Added Forged by Fire passive in the Forge Strike skill but it did not add the fire tag to forged weapon as in the screenshot below.
Added % increese minion fire damage but forged weapon damage remained the same
