For the 1st phase of Lagon fight, he often pushes minions out of the fight ring (separated by his tentacles) so minions can’t join in fight. They got stuck in tentacle. This is even happening when you have only one minion. Here → Lagon fight.zip (3.9 MB)
Yeah, this is one of the many known issues with Lagon.
I use 5 Storm crows and 1 Primal Serpent with my current build and didn’t have any issues at all taking him down. Just my 2 cents if other minion builds aren’t working right against him as OP stated. Build guide is from last patch but still very enjoyable to play.
