Folder for settings, savegames etc, (Offline mode)

Where do I find the folder?

What do I have to save to get all settings (save games, options, loot filters etc.) back?

I only play SSF, so I don´t want to party or trade. Even when the servers will work good, I think the offline mode is a good choice for me.
