Every time you use any (including Town Portal) portal the fog of war returns and covers all areas. Now I am in the main town fog of war covers the whole town except the portal area. So now I have no idea where to go. All the previously discovered doors are under the fog of war so I can’t see the quest location. I am getting sick of killing the same enemies over and over, not counting replaing maps over and over again.

Yep this is broken for a very long time if not since start of the EA phase. They have promised to fix it, but apparently haven’t. This doesn’t even work in pure offline.
