Node does not seem to be working, not affecting player’s Health Regen/s.
Possibly only affecting the Inner Growth Node as it is a period tick instead of Health Regen/s (somewhat confusing).
Does it increase the Healing Effectiveness stat correctly on the “other stats” tab while channelling?

The node is working as intended. Mind’s Eye causes the healing from Focus to have a healing effectiveness value, causing it to heal you more. Because the stat isn’t applied directly to the player, it won’t show on the character sheet.
I do see how that’s a bit confusing, but the node is intended to improve the healing from Focus itself, rather than any source of healing you may have.
Could you reword the description on the node to clarify? Maybe “Focuses healing is more effective”, or “Healing provided by Inner Growth is more effective”?
I’ll take a look. But the general rule is that if a node is granting you a stat it will say something like “you have x” or “Focus grants you x”
