It appears there is an issue getting prophecies with lenses intended to give you a more certain chance to get certain item prophecies. In the attached picture I have a Focusing Lens of Blades which is supposed to give 20% chance per rank to find one handed swords. I have rerolled a number of times and some of them have absolutely no one-handed swords. At my rank I should have over 200% chance (guaranteed chance) to get one-handed sword prophecies.
