Unfortunately this is a typical performance issue that is plaging LE at the moment… Not really that much we can do as players to fix it but hope that the devs will get to it.
On a positive note, there were issues like this with certain maps in the last major patch that were fixed with the latest map updates so there is a good chance this could be fixed sooner rather than later… Up to the devs tho…
