So dmg numbers are all about emphasizing progress and character growth, however, at a certain point, they become semi useless, because there are so many of them you can barely read them. Especially if you have many minions and or enemies on screen. This defies its purpose. What about a setting, that’d allow for dmg numbers to sum up. Like you have one pack of enemies left, on right, dmg goes out, there is one number on the left pack, one number on the right pack and it just adds up.
So you could tie it to a position, that “sum position” has an area and it stays there for like 3 seconds.(Just my idea how this could work)
Ultimately its also a thing that could be done client side, so it wont have any effects on the server infrastructure as well.
