I get serious black screen tearing/flickering no matter what i do, i tried modifying settings in every concievable way. i downgraded my nvidia driver and so on. my windows 10 is up to date.I tried reinstalling the game. I run 7700k intel core i7, 32gb ram, 2070 super 8gb gfx card, game installed on an nvme.m2. i just dont understand this problem did not exists 4 to 6 months ago when i last played the game. Please help currently the game is unplayable.

- verifying Steam game file integrity just in case

- disabling all overlays (Steam, Discord, etc)
- uninstalling Citrix if you have it installed
- double-checking any overclocking settings
I have tested the above suggestions the tearing reduces somewhat with everything in low as it can get but it is still there, i have checked hardware, verified files in steam, and checked the integrity of my windows.
