Flame Ward goes on cooldown every screen transition, I think it started after specing into the node “Dual Aegis”. I can confirm if not spec’d into that node it behaves normally
Can confirm, it’s doing it for me as well. I’m not spec’d into Dual Aegis, but I do have points in Fuel the Flames which I think might be doing it. Once I drop the points I put into that node, the skill appears to work normally.
