It says “Each second if you are moving or using a melee attack you have a chance to cast Fire Aura”, is the each second part a limiter for both? like you cant get more than one stack per second? or does it only count for the moving part and you can get more from melee attacks?
Pretty sure it’s only 1 stack per second, I’ve never seen myself get 2. Given all of the other methods for getting stacks per hit have a 1s cooldown (some idols & Mage prefixes plus Ingvar’s Head), I’d think it likely that it’s 1 per second.
