Flame rush Epilogue passive (invoke on the end of channel) can often fail to invoke. This most often happens when on low mana, even though there is still enough mana to cast. It seems to me that this passive can never invoke if it would leave me at negative mana after the cast.

Noticed the same problem. After testing a while i can agree that it seems to be related with the amount of mana on usage that would result into -mana
