I am getting a Flame Rush buff icon and description that’s popping up but I am not running Flame Rush. It is neither specced or on my bar. Tried to track down how this is happening and can’t seem to see any invocation I might use that could be causing it. I do not know if I’m actually getting any buff from it because I have no idea what the buff is and when it goes away I don’t see any change to my stats.
