Flame Reave Worldfire Bug

As I am leveling a mage and went for spellblade, I started using Flame reave to help clear mobs and I noticed that even thought flame reave isn’t among the spells I specialised in, the passive “Worldfire” making flame reave into an AOE centered around my character was active.

What are your rings?
There is a ring that give you that effect you may have it equipped but not realised

I feel so incredibly stupid XD I never really minded these last few lines on the item as I never played with mage before sorry for the useless post then
