Flame Reave width increases range

Apparently, if you skill the Unbound Flames node (which only increases the width of the cone), you will hit farther as well as a wider area. This applies even if you have a circular Flame Reave due to the Worldfire node or the Sunwreath unique ring, and a circle is quite literally the widest a cone can get. Either this is intended and something needs a tooltip update (most likely Worldfire or possibly Unbound Flames, maybe Worldfire is turning width increases into range increases?) or there is an actual bug with how width increases affect the area of Flame Reave.

I had reported a bug with the width nodes not having any effect on Flame Reave back when they added Firebrand but I didn’t notice any range increase. Do you see a range increase with those nodes only if you have the ring equipped or the Worldfire node?

It’s hard to tell with Worldfire since you need 3 points in Unbound Flames to get it anyways, and I don’t have the ring, but Dread from Apprentice Corner was very insistent that it worked this way. Just taking Unbound Flames on its own without Worldfire though I personally couldn’t see a noticeable change in range however.
