Well I thought that was amusing. But yeah, as Hopp said, this is apparently a bit of a sensitive topic for EHG & presumably your post was sailing a bit too close to the wind. But that’s just my opinion.
Did you message a mod (eg, Kain)? They won’t discuss things like this out in the open but they should reply to PMs about it.
I saw the original thread. I didn’t find it offensive. It made me groan and roll my eyes, that’s all.
I could see a moderator or someone from their team looking at it and deciding to remove it because it closely resembles their communications. Or even because they would feel offended by the implication of becoming P2W (they are human beings, after all).
I didn’t see any reason for a forum user to report it.
Either way, this would have been better handled with a PM to the mods, like Llama said. Either Kain or the new community hire. Or even using ModMail in discord.
Those usually get replies and are more likely to get answers.
Threads like these only tend to get the OP more incensed and prone to using more offensive language (not saying this is the case, just that it has that tendency, as seen in previous similar ones), which also tends to snowball and then having it closed/removed as well.
I also noticed this thread is already flagged as well. I don’t think the OP used any offensive language here as well. We’ve seen way worse and those posts are still around.
Hell, even recently I told Kulze to f*** off (and he said the same to me on other occasions) and those posts are still there and we’re all fine with it.
The only reason I see for this thread to be flagged is because it’s discussing a ban/removal which is against their policy. But there have been similar posts in the past that are still around as well, so…

I’ll concede that I’ve been a tad virulent early on in the thread, being wound up for obvious reasons (report + deletion + no explanations whatsoever + first dude tinfoil hating), and would like to apologise for the slurs.
Again, this was never meant to be some malicious plan towards EHG. Only thought the whole xpac debacle + roadmap announcement had some meme / humorous / satirical potential.

It would help the person to see why their thread was removed for sure. i WISH they answered indepth why they removed one post from me. I realy do because I would’ve used their answer to make fun of them what could’ve damged their image. It’s a smart thing to remove stuff and not give a reason.
First of all you’ll most likely have only one person on the forum who is pissed of and opens a thread about his stuff beeing deleted that makes him look like throwing a tantrum that fits the “I was banned for cheating but I never cheated… i swear!” spectrum. Noone takes this seriously because it’s laughable like every former “I’ll sue this gaming company because of X!” random post that a re readable every now and then.
Without knowing what was in this thread you can still be imressed. Most of the time the mods on this forum wait far to long because this Forum allows stuff to go further then in many other board. I mean fuck it. I don’t care. They acted fast and threw something out they disliked in record time I wish they maintain to throw all the messed up shit out some delulu people think is important. Mine included because sometimes I can be an ass.
Thrown in some colourfull words to make things more clear and to state again: You need to fuck up big time or get into political, religious or idendity zones to make them react this far.
The again I give you one point. You should be allowed to appeal ban.
