So basically I can’t progress to empowered monoliths because of this bug, I tried several times in different days but i just can’t get to open the echo and can’t progress the monolith’s questline.
The game gets stuck while the Loading Echo yellow popup’s wheel keeps turning, not bringing me in a loading screen whatsoever nor allowing me to manually leave the game. I have to kill the process everytime to come back into the game.
Edit: Also want to note that I lose stability each time, like if i started the quest and failed.

EDIT 2: Appearently, going into Steam and verifying game’s files integrity fixed the bug. Sorry to bother and hope this helps other players.
