Fix the passive/skill nodes that don't scale

Nodes that don’t scale are typically bad. Usually these are nodes that deal flat damage increases. I’ve only played Acolyte/Necromancer, but other classes probably have them.

Examples:

  • Moonlight Pyre: Your minions deal additional fire and necrotic damage with spells and attacks (+1 per point, max 10 points).
  • Reapers: Wraiths deal additional necrotic damage with attacks and spells (+4 per point, max 5 points).
  • Ravenous: Souls deal additional necrotic damage on hit (+6 per point, max 5 points).
  • Reclamation of Souls: Ward granted on minion death (7 ward per point, max 5 points).

Flat damage scales really really well with better gear.
