Noticing that people having been trying to have there issues resolved for more than a week and customer service seems to me ignoring these people. Would be nice if the dev could have a chat with his customer service people to motivate them to do there job
Sure, we all want instant fixes for any problems, but the world aint perfect.
We have no idea what kind of workload the devs are under nor the impact a required fix may have on time/resources/priorities. Sometimes something simple to us players may be need a huge effort to fix in code. (This has occured more than a few times in the past - e.g. problems with ailment counts in pervious versions). Who knows what the pipeline of bugs between customer services and the devs actually is.
EHG tend to do their best so imho, patience is usually the best approach.
And most of the fixes needed that people are complaining about are on EHG’s list to do but it takes time and they have been very busy this past week trying to get many fixes worked, tested, and out.
As @vapourfire stated, please be patient with them, they’ve been very proactive and communicated with the community very well. They just have been a little absent this past week with those things in work.
In my experience, the more frequently you annoy somebody about something and the less constructive your tone, they become less engaged and more distracted from resolving the issues.
We’ve had 5 or 6 patches since launch 12(?) Days ago. Thats pretty good cadence in my professional experience
Screw your one week wait for fixes, I have waited years for my Falconer!
Have patience, EHG are only people. Any semblance of empathy would tell ya they probably have a ton on their plates and are doing their best.
Support has had over 3000 support tickets in a week, EHG is a smaller studio, and support also can’t fix bugs.
Yeah, I guess somebody has just to call somebody else and tell him to do his job. Easy fix.
Thanks for that great suggestion. For sure we will see the fixes flying in immediately from now on.
I think by far the best thing to do is to ask @EHG_Mike why shards don’t auto pickup &/or go direct to the crafting stash. He seems to so enjoy that question on discord.
