I tested it on target dummy and it seems like Inferno’s more damage vs Spreading Flames per Firebrand stack is not working, I don’t know if it’s a bug or intended because you consume all Firebrand stacks with Incineration. therefore not counting as having Firebrand stacks for Spreading Flames.
