The description states:
Hitting the same enemy with several fireballs triggers a Flame Burst around them
Underneath the tooltip it describes that n number of Fireballs are required for Flame Burst to successfully trigger.
By the number of Fireballs required, I’m presuming it’s referring to projectile count, no separate instances of Fireball casts… but it seems like Flame Burst not triggered by Fireball projectile count, but separate instances of Fireball casts.
Is this intentional?
