Fire Tags on Shaman Skills

Hi,

i am wondering why there are fire tags on shaman skills and no support for it on the shaman passivetree. Is there any good reasion for to still go for the fire tags, if yes can someone explane it to me. I would like to maybe make a Tornado shaman next seasion.

Same issue with Frost Liches. The Shaman skills should grant elemental damage to create a viable fire build. Both Tornados and Earthquake are skills unlocked by investing in their talent tree.
