Fire Shield: Emanation of Heat (Mage) Reduces Duration of Skill

The skill node ‘Emanation of Heat’ for the Mage skill Fire Shield reduces the duration of Fire Shield by ~4-5 seconds. This effect is not stated in the tooltip. I assume this is a bug or the tooltip isn’t updated.

Removing the point in ‘Fire Shield: Emanation of Heat’ will cause the skill to have normal duration again.

Can reproduce by adding the skill point back into ‘Fire Shield: Emanation of Heat’.

I couldn’t find any related topics on this using the forum search. I can add the points back again and send diagnostic files if that helps resolve the issue (have since re-specialized).
Operating System: Win10 (Steam Client)

Could I ask whether you have the unique shield Rahyeh’s Light equipped?

I do not have Rahyeh’s Light equipped.

Here is a screenshot of my equipment, and the Fire Shield skill tree as I had it (except I had one less point in ‘Lasting Defense’ and one additional point in ‘Emanation of Heat’).
