Hello again 
This time i have something spicy, for some weird reason my teleport is refreshing all stacks of fire aura i have, dont know how, i will provide some screenshots how i specced them further down.

I can confirm this is happening to me as well, my specs are mostly similar to OPs.
My guess is that the node that refreshes haste is somehow interacting with fire aura stacks as well.
