Finished all quests missing 2 idol slots

This is my 6th character and i never had any issues with slots, i unlocked them all.

However on my last character the last quest i had was “return to the chronomancer”.
When i went there he had a ? mark above his head but nothing happened when i clicked on him.

I restarted the game and the quest is no longer there. I no longer have any quests but missing 2 idol spots.

There is a time rift in the imperial timeline. No Quest but the Boss gives you idol slots if I remember correctly.

Is it in Shining Cove? Where you kill the boss and get a tablet? Thats what i had to do to get last 2 idol slots on my other characters, but on this one it seems bugged, i got the tablet, returned it but got nothing.
