I have the same bug. The immortal Empire quest in The Risen Lake.

Not sure if this matters but I created the character on Linux, now playing on the Windows client. It’s bugged regardless which client I use.

I noticed some of the paths mix forward & back slashes. Example:
Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h
