How do I do monoliths? I am level 64 and I been spamming monoliths all day and I still don’t know how to get my blessings?
In short, follow the quests. They run you through the whole process.
As you clear monos you fill the progress bar at the top (when you’re looking at your ‘web’, and choosing what echo to run, the bar at the top of the screen.) As that bar progresses you unlock “quests” in the top-left. Do those. The third/last one is for a boss. Kill him and you get to choose blessings. The progress bar resets after and you can do it again for more blessings.
Side note, don’t over stress the blessing choice. At the End of Time, there’s a respec guy to the far right where you can swap between any blessings you’ve SEEN on that character (you do NOT need to actually select/confirm the blessing for it to be on that list).

Just a small correction, it doesn’t reset, it subtracts the total stability required for the boss. So if the boss needs 500 and you have 600, it will set it back to 100.
