Ferebor's Set Bugged

I have Ferebor’s Chisel and Ring
The set effect should be +1 lvl of all Totem Skills
I set the point and went into a Mono
When I look at my skills in the Mono, the +1 is not there
I logged back out and back in and it was there but the totem didn’t have +1
I unequipped and re-equipped the chisel, the totem has +1 again

It seems Set bonuses are fked rn
Don’t know if its just this set or all sets

Now when I put the set piece on I can see the +1 pop up on my skill
When I put the point in, it levels down and the extra point is gone…
