Hi all, I feel really squishy at around 300 corruption. Things die quickly, but it feels like a boss/elite looks at me and my drop goes down super quickly. Not sure if this is a skill issue or if i am lacking in certain defensives greatly.

Yes, you are lacking defensives.
First of all, become immune to criticals. Look for Armor and Reduced Bonus Damage from Crits affixes. The closer you get to 100%, the better. This affix also has the added benefit of giving you Armor.
Alternatively you could look for Critical Strike Avoidance and Added Dodge Rating, but this one is chance based so you need 100%. Even at 99% Crit Avoidance you could still be crit for the full brunt.
Next, you have leech on crit for Health refilling, but your crit chance is below 50%. I would try to raise it up so that you can crit more reliably and get the leech going. Of course this will also boost your DPS, so it’s a win - win.
One of your idols improves Aspect of the Boar, but you don’t actually use Aspect of the Boar. It’s in the Beastmaster tree, the node Boar Heart will give you a buff after you get hit by a melee attack. Aspect of the Boar reduces damage taken by 15% for up to 5 seconds.
After that, try to raise your Health and Armor whenever available. This can be done by upgrading your item bases to high armor ones, for example Tusked Greathelm for helmet or Citadel Boots for boots.
Your Fire/Cold/Lightning resistances are very high, but your Void resistance is currently low. You should lower the elemental resistances and raise the void res, keep them all around 75-100%. This might free up an affix slot somewhere, where you could add more Health or maybe % Armor.
