Feedback about legendary

I got a major problem with this game that is the legendary system (legendary potential) which is the oposite of diablo 3 that you had to deal with just 1 legendary power, here is much harder to balance putting afixes on legendary, I saw that legendaries with bad rolls get more chance to roll with legendary potential (wtf) and I saw that a lot of legendaries just give stats like Frozen Eyes of Formosus, so frozen eyes would be this way in my vision: +(50-80)% Freeze Rate Per Stack of Chill, +(150-300)% Minion Freeze Rate Per Stack of Chill, +(25-40)% Chance to Chill on Hit, (70-120)% increased Minion Cold Damage, frozen enemies killed by your minions, shatter dealing cold damage and applying frailty (aoe), and of course this would had to be balanced, and I would limit the legendary potential to 2 or 3, and make a way to the temporal cache pick not be totally random even if you have to face a higher challenge and, please, most of legendaries need a review to be a build enabler in someway with some unique power.

No, that’s not how it works. Uniques that would become significantly more powerful with other affixes are the ones that are less likely to get higher amounts of LP. Most of the time these are the higher end uniques but not always.

That’s an entirely different thing and I’m ok with some uniques being more generically useful and some just being stat sticks. IMO not everything needs to go D3’s way with uniques having unique bonuses (which i know not all do, but let’s face it, the ones that don’t generally get ignored for the majority of builds).
