Not every boss has it buy only bridge bosses like lagon has it. What happens is if you fear them before they spawn or start attacking they never attack. And wait taking my damage while doing nothing. Tried this with all fear abilities. Transplant, drain life and wandering spirits. They all have same fear effect on bosses.
