I’m like 99% sure that while most of the affixes on fangs of the berserker are working fine, the “1% increased frenzy effect per strength” affix is not actually working. Is anyone else having this issue?

Item is completely broken. Literally NO frenzy effectiveness from any affix

Wouldn’t fixing this increase the damage you take? This would be a massive nerf as you do 0dps when you’re dead.
why should this increase the dmg taken? U take damage for having frenzy. Doesnt scale with the effect of frenzy.
playing werebear with 99 Str…definetly no extra effect on frenzy here 
+(9% to 15%) increased Damage Taken while you have Frenzy
