The Fallen Harbour echo has a nearly inacessible shrine placement, see picture: https://i.imgur.com/WTnUX5f.jpg
The shrine icon is on the map but it seems like the cage props are put on the map in the same place so they block the shrine.

I also get this every single time inside “Fallen Harbour” map, at least in monoliths. Not able to click on it every time. Not a huge deal, just mentioning it also happens to me.

Was about to post it , happened to me twice in a row, so probably still pretty common, I can click it, if I spam click next to the cage and then click on the shrine when very close to the cages.
