Going through the Monolith for the first time with my Primalist Shaman, I unlocked the first quest on the timeline for Fall of the Outcasts. Loaded in, killed a few Necromancer objectives, returned to the barricade which opened, then during the “Look for signs of the missing outcasts”, I came upon a bone pile in a glowing green circle that spit out skeletons, killed them and it, but the quest did not update. Have no killed everything in this area, teleported out, and then retried it several times when stability allowed, but always not updating at the same point.
As a side note, there was a chest on the platform before the barricade each time on this map, that when opened never dropped any loot.
*Update - Upon logging and retrying the quest, it completed correctly.
