Fall of outcasts is bugged and can not be completed for me. Ive tried doing this quest 8 times now and only had one successful attempt. The quest updates fine up until “Investigate hat happened to the Outcasts”, then the quest stops updating. The bone pile doesn’t drop the jar after being killed and I’m soft locked in the Mono. I can get out by resetting the game but then I try to redo the quest and I get the same issue. Ive tried resetting Steam, using Melee only, using Ranged only, waiting and killing the summons for a few minutes before going after the bone pile, and joining my BF’s Mono in an attempt to get past this bug. I’ve no idea what worked that one time. (there’s also a glitched chest we thought may have been the issue so didn’t open that + reset steam + used melee only on the one time that worked.) We’ve tried replicating the success and asking in game chat for advice and nothing seems to solidly work. 
This is really frustrating as were trying to grind gear and blessings so we can confidently do the higher tear dungeons and this is blocking us from that.
