No longer working after patch. After talking to all the NPCs, the enemies no longer spawn in the top right of map. Double checked bottom right, bottom center, and boss that spawns in center. Swept the whole map. Did this process two times. This cannot be completed any longer.
I tried other monolith quests. Nothing can be completed in any monolith quest. Everything is entirely non-functional after the latest hotfix.
