I have noticed 2 issues with falconer since the most recent patch

  1. Airial Assault the falcon is not using feather storm for 5 seconds. It casts initially, but then the falcon snaps to a mob and the feather storm stops (no other skills are being cast)

  2. Dive bomb is literally doing zero dmg (not hitting mobs at all) about 60% of the time. (I do not have birds arent real selected either, I mention it, because in prior seasons I thought it sounded cool, until I realized it made the skill worthless)

Dive bomb is also not extending the duration of smoke bomb despite the fact that I have Cloud Gatherer selected.
