I have +2 to Dive Bomb from chest and had +1 to all skill points from Gambit of an Erased Rogue. Total +23 to Dive Bomb. I decided to switch the Gambit with another relic. When I switched the relic I had +22 to Dive Bomb, but I have decided to respec a point to give more cooldown since my rush of the hunt was 3/4. I’ve removed a point from on wings of shadow and the point was lost, I removed a point again and the point was also lost. Then I saw that my Dive Bomb is 18 lvl and my chest gives +2. All of my other skills are lvl 20.

A screenshot of the skill tree would make this easier to diagnose. But to me this sounds normal. You should just be able to lvl up Dive Bomb again to get your 2 points back. Cause how it works with additional lvs from equipment is that they are given to you straight away and not at the end. With the result that respeccing a skill with bonus lvs versus a skill without is an identical process. Hope that made sense to you, it’s kinda hard to explain in writing.
