I have a Falconer with 5 points in the “Deflect and Weave” talent which is supposed to convert all Block Chance into Glancing Blows chance. It seems that the UI in the Character Stats sheet is not updating properly - it still shows me having 69% Block Chance and only 36% chance to receive a Glancing Blow when due to the talent I should surely have 0% Block Chance and 100% Glancing Blow chance.
Hopefully this is just a UI bug not tracking the talent properly and not that the talent just straight up isn’t working.
