Failed to send friend request

Whenever i try to add friends there’s always an error saying “Failed to send friend request”

Hi, I’m also unable to add friends, but don’t even see an error message. After entering my friend’s name and then pressing the “Add Friend” button, nothing happens at all. I am completely sure that I have typed their name correctly because inviting them to a party works fine.

My system is a Windows 11 23H2 (build 22631.3374)
The game is version 1.0.6

I’ve attached a Player.log where I launched the game, tried to invite my friend three times and then immediately quit to desktop.
